The Fraud of Capitalism

The Fraud of Capitalism
“The essence of capitalism is to turn nature in to commodities and commodities into capital. The live green earth is transformed into dead gold bricks, with luxury items for the few and toxic slag heaps for the many. The glittering mansion overlooks a vast sprawl of shanty towns, wherein a desperate, demoralized humanity is kept in line with drugs, television, and armed force.” Michael Parenti
Capitalism values capital as the dominant economic force, meaning an accumulation within a system of scarcity, or a monopoly upon the medium of exchange, that controls and dictates economic activity, to the detriment of all else, it is an economic system characterised by private or corporate ‘ownership’ of capital goods, by investments that are determined by private decision based upon available capital, and by prices, production, and the distribution of goods that are determined by competition in a nominal ‘free market’.
However only money monopoly expressed as corporate capitalism is permitted; corporatism is properly applied when referring to a statist system of government-business collusion used to eliminate competition for privilege.
This system imposes corporate taxation, a form of usury, upon goods in many forms, increasing the costs to the end user by many times its true worth.
A statist was the original term for a politician or statesman, one skilled in mind control, government, that controls economic and social policy of the corporation imposing ownership through imposed political power, forcing corporate policy on a passive or resisting society;
A system of institutionalised monopoly where every human is plundered, the fruits of their severe toils and drudgery are exchange for the ‘benefits’ they receive from their disadvantage, as an imposed duty by their masters, under the guise of a benefit to all, titled government; government itself is a corporation, and without exception all corporation plunder the many for the benefit of the few.
“When you see that trade is done, not by consent, but by compulsion, when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing.
When you see money flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favours, when you see that men get richer by graft and pull than by work, and your laws don’t protect you against them, but protect them against you.
When you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming self-sacrifice, you may know that your society is doomed.” Ayn Rand
People confuse capitalism with open and unrestricted trade, but capitalism is trade within a monopoly of capital, so it is not free, it is bound by capital, which functions to prevent or allow economic activity under the permission of those with capital.
Capital means ‘the head’, so for example ‘the head’ city in England is London, the capital. If you are sentenced to death in a court it is a verdict upon ‘the head’ of the criminal, a capital crime. Monopoly capital being the only medium of exchange is ‘the head’ requirement of economic activity within a capital based trading system.
“Capitalism is relatively new in human history. Prior to capitalism, the way people amassed great wealth was by looting, plundering, and enslaving their fellow man. Capitalism made it possible to become wealthy through serving your fellow man.” Walter E Williams
What service does capital serve?
It serves as money, which is any object or record that is generally accepted as a medium of exchange, a unit of account, a standard of deferred payment (a debt), and a store of value; all used practically as a store of labour for exchange or future exchange.
In a true medium of exchange it MUST remain stable and its creation must be generated from an intrinsic source, as it must be substantive, meaning free of fictional creation, value, and perception, so derived from the source of its creation. If a medium of exchange is not fixed at its intrinsic value, if it rises or falls in value as gauged by the value upon its creation, then it is not a true medium of exchange; as when you exchange something for a substance or mechanism, through which the value is stored until you wish to transmit that value to another exchange, then for that to rise or fall, either robs the holder, or unduly rewards the hold of that medium.
The source of all value is physical labour, this is the source therefore the only under-pinner for all mediums of exchange, this can be exchanged through a system of accounting, and made physical when manifest through something of intrinsic value; meaning something that requires labour to be invested within it as a physical store that is stable, meaning a store as permanent as possible, such as silver, which requires labour to mine, purify, and mint and is therefore a stable form of exchange.
Modern money is fiat; fiat is something of absolutely no intrinsic value, but given value as an arbitrary decree or pronouncement, especially by a person or group of persons who author that medium, so having through that authorship the absolute authority to dictate its nature. Money is a chartered private monopoly privilege to issue money as a certificate of a debt, as a standard of deferred payment; this means all fiat money is a certificate of a debt and interest bearing.
“Gold is the money of kings
Silver is the money of gentlemen
Barter is the money of peasants
Debt is the money of slaves”
This means all capital is an expression of fiat money, given value purely upon a superior granting it value through chartered monopoly privilege of usury, imposed upon an inferior man or woman; a master imposing upon a slave.
“Usury is a certain benefit which is received for the use of the thing lent beyond the return in full of the thing lent, and is not lawful.” This is the lawful definition, legally subverted; it is not interest alone; that is simply one expression of the concept of usury.
Economic Slavery
“I am opposing a social order in which it is possible for one man who does absolutely nothing… useful to amass a fortune of hundreds of millions… while millions of men and women who work all the days of their lives secure barely enough…” Eugene Victor Debs
‘Human’ Slavery is the state of subjugation and control held upon you, of a master owning the fruits of your severe toils, and drudgery in exchange for the ‘benefits’ you receive from your disadvantage.
“Human”, is a term deliberately created in the 16th Century to update the naming of perpetual slaves to the Lords of the Land from the 13th Century term “Serf” (a slave).
Capital generates nothing; it is a device of exchange for our labours, fiat money only has value as long as we think ‘money’ is wealth, we hold wealth as an object of desire; but in reality pecuniary wealth is the stored energy of labour, we invest our labours to create a wealth of stored labour; ‘money’ as a capital monopoly is a device to steal that wealth of labour.
“The mine owners do not find the gold, they do not mine the gold, they do not mill the gold, but by some weird alchemy all the gold belongs to them.” Bill Heywood, gold miner and union leader.
No man or woman ought to enrich themselves at the expense of (meaning to the detriment of) others.
Each one of us has inherent power, and this manifests as a reciprocal obligation and responsibility towards all around you, no tangible man or woman can enter equitably into voluntary slavery (or self-sale) being a condition of slavery freely entered into, such as an employee for an employer, existing as a waged slave; the protection of the axioms of the land reasoned through a duty of care, function on protection, and the prevention of imposition, this means you cannot equitably make an agreement for yourself or any other to be bound into slavery, even within agreement. However agreement is not used, contract is.
Contract
A person is the straw man of citizenship, from Latin persona, meaning a mask used to play a role; it originated from Christianity any of the three hypostases existing as distinct in the one God and constituting the Trinity. They are the First Person, the Father, the Second Person, the Son, and the Third Person, the Holy Ghost; this trinity structure is also the basis of all corporation and trusts.
For example the structure of a trust is the Father is the executor he provides the substance, the Son is the administrator known as the trustee who cannot be the beneficiary of the trust but grants benefit, the Holy Ghost is the incorporeal entity that holds the substance.
Corporation is the ‘legal’ fiction that an invented incorporeal legal entity is an artificial persona that can ‘own’ property.
Likewise the corporation of citizenship is the persona (straw man) of the corporeal living man or woman, this fiction allows the corporation of State or any other corporation granted privilege to act against the living man by contracting with their straw man of citizenship, as a legal fiction cannot contract with a living man or woman, all contract is exclusively between legal fictions, as a living man or woman do not make contracts they form written agreements signed and witnessed, an incorporeal entity cannot sign or make an offer directly it requires a third party, it cannot give consideration as it has no mind, it cannot give acceptance as again it requires a third party, therefore no corporation can enter into an equitable agreement, only into contract.
We are each born created equal in dignity, privilege, benefit, nobility, value; and vary only in knowledge and skills; no man or woman can be superior except in knowledge and skills. This means no man or woman can be a slave as each is born with innate inherent power, a living man or woman cannot be granted rights, or entitlements, cannot be bound to imposed duties and dictates, as they have no superior to make such grants.
A person or citizen is the corporation containing the living man or woman in society, with all the rights to which the place held entitles them, and the duties which it imposes.
A thing is the object over which rights may be exercised; whatever is treated by the law as the object over which one ‘person’ exercises a right, and with reference to which another ‘person’ lies under a duty. Things are the subject of dominion or property.
Capitalism is Corruption
“How would you define corruption, broadly? I would define it as the initiation or support of deprivation exploitation and/or abuse either social or environmental. If this definition is accepted then it is logically correct to say that all acts of commerce are inherently corrupt. If you define corruption as deprivation, exploitation or abuse every time you mark up a value on a good you sell or cut corners to save money you are engaging in deprivation, exploitation and abuse by its systemic causal effect and intrinsic rationale. That is the behaviour our social system requires to continue and that distortion is currently masked as normality. In conclusion and as a final rogue example of this limited, dimensional perspective meaning an emergent, multi-dimensional reality that is forcing its hand there is no 'you' and there is no 'me'. We live in a world which assumes division, why? Because that is what we perceive with our five senses limited sense organs but molecular study has proven the opposite. It doesn't see it that way. There is a perpetual ebb and flow and exchange in the molecular data constantly happening within you and outside of you interweaving with your environment at all times on many levels.”- Peter Joseph - When normality becomes distortion
Capitalism is in contrast to anarchic labour as the medium of exchange directly through a repository system as the basis of trade, which does allow unrestricted and open exchange; the repository allows an allodial labour exchange as the medium and store of universal currency.
“I always say to people, “No one earns $100 million. You steal $100 million.” People earn $10 an hour. People earn $40,000 a year. “Earn” means work, Okasy? It doesn’t mean steal, which with these vast amounts of money, of course you steal them.” Fran Lebowitz
